The 345-67161-0 is a genuine OEM rubber grommet used in the motor cover / top cowl assembly on Tohatsu outboards.
In the parts diagram for the M30A4 engine’s motor cover, it is labeled as Grommet 22-3 (i.e. size 22 mm outer / 3 mm inner) and positioned in the upper cowl section.
It also appears in the M25C3 motor cover parts list as part of the cowl / motor cover set.
